Does online physiotherapy actually work?+
For most everyday pain and musculoskeletal problems, yes. A careful history plus a guided movement assessment tells us what's going on, and live-corrected exercise is the core of effective rehab. If we ever think you need hands-on treatment, imaging or an in-person opinion, we'll tell you honestly and point you in the right direction.
What happens during the first consultation?+
We start by listening — your pain, history and goals. Then we guide you through movement tests, over video or at home, and explain what we find in plain language. You leave with your first exercises, a written plan and honest timescales.
What do I need at home?+
For a video session: a phone or laptop with a camera, a stable internet connection, and a few metres of clear floor space where we can see you move. Wear something comfortable. That's genuinely it — no special equipment.
Is home physiotherapy available?+
Yes — home visits are currently available in Chandigarh, between 10 am – 6 pm (IST). Choose "Offline – Home visit" when you book and enter your address. Outside Chandigarh, you can book an online consultation from anywhere in India.
When should I choose a home visit instead of online?+
A home visit can suit you if getting about is difficult, you're recovering from surgery, or you'd benefit from hands-on treatment. Online works well for most everyday pain and sports injuries. Not sure? The free 10-minute call is the easiest way to decide.
Do I need a diagnosis before booking?+
No. Many people come to us simply because something hurts or isn't moving well. If you do have reports, scans or a surgeon's protocol, keep them handy — they help. If anything in your assessment suggests you need a doctor's opinion or imaging, we'll tell you.
Can I book for someone else?+
Yes. Book in their name and be with them during the session if that helps — a partner, parent or child. Just let us know in the notes so we can prepare.
How much does a session cost, and how do I pay?+
An online video consultation is ₹500 per session, and a home visit is ₹1,000 per session. The free 10-minute call costs nothing. No payment is taken when you request a booking — we confirm how to pay when we confirm your session. You pay per session, and we never push multi-session packages.
